• Billing is processed by Stripe.
• Prices may change with notice where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service operations, or upload unlawful/harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

We own the service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of your own uploaded content.

6. Service Availability

We may modify features, perform maintenance, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Superhuman Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination
